Getting Here: Orchid Beach is only accessible by 4WD or by Air You can get to Fraser Island by 4WD Barges they leave and arrive at: Inskip Point to Hook Point (Bookings not necessary) River Heads to Kingfisher Bay Resort Urangan Boat Harbour (in Hervey Bay) to Moon Point.

Once on the Island you make your way to the eastern beach and travel north to Indian Head and then onto Middle Rock, best time to travel is 3hr before and after low tide after leaving the beach at Middle Rock you follow a sand track for 7-8 Kilometers then turn left then right into Eliza Av follow the wood boarded road to the end it bends to the right before you take a left into Wathumba Rd, the house is number 8.

Things to bring:

All consumables, towels, bed linen, pillow cases (pillows and blankets provided) Linen can be hired at an extra cost, laundry powder, first aid kit, your own generator if you are bringing any plug in devices.
