Bedroom 2 has 2 king single beds that can be pushed together to make one King if required.
Bedroom 3 has 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed Bedroom 4 the veranda room has a double bed with a Single bunk above

Rates:

$2200 per week. Extra Nights $400 per night.
Deposit - $400 required to confirm booking.
The remainder is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival
Bond Damage/Cleaning - $400 - if house/BBQ is left clean/tidy/rubbish removed. Refund within 2 weeks.
Minimum Booking accepted 4 nights - $400 per night.
